Elpro City Square is a marquee lifestyle and entertainment centre located at Chapekar Chowk, Chinchwad Gaon, in Pune's PCMC district. Positioned as a mixed-use destination, it brings together retail, entertainment, community and experiential elements across its 8 lakh+ square feet footprint. It houses a multiplex (INOX), gaming zones like Amoeba and Bounce, an animated food court, and diverse retail anchors. We partnered with the mall's management, development, and projects teams to articulate a coherent brand experience that spans marketing, communication, and on-ground spatial identity. The central brief was to ensure that every touchpoint—from wayfinding and signage to promotional campaigns and events—felt unified and resonant with the mall's promise of "Fun, Fashion, Food, and more." In developing the brand language, we leaned into the notion of "endless experiences under one roof." The identity system was designed to be flexible, allowing expression across diverse environments: vibrant retail zones, film auditoriums, interactive installations, and transient event spaces. To support advertising and media integration, we created a suite of collateral—from facade graphics and LED signage to kiosk branding and digital templates—ensuring visual consistency across formats. Because Elpro City Square already enjoys strong local traction—average footfalls reported in mall advertising circles range from 1 to 1.5 lakh per day—the branding had to be bold and memorable. We especially focused on iconic graphic elements and typographic motifs that could anchor identity across large span signage and small-scale branding. The outcome is a brand framework that brings clarity, coherence, and character to Elpro City Square. It reinforces the mall's ambition to be more than just a shopping centre—it's a destination for curated living, social discovery, and immersive brand experiences in Pune's urban fabric.
